Propositions for the tournament

6. System of play - The 1st round (1 x 25 minutes) 32 teams, 4 teams in 8 groups, each other. The teams on the 1st and the 2nd positions advance to other round. The 2nd round (1 x 25 minutes) 16 teams, 4 teams in 4 groups, each other. The teams on the 1st and the 2nd position advance to other round. The 3rd round (1 x 25 minutes) 8 teams, 4 teams in 2 groups, each other. The teams on the 2nd position from each group will play for the 3rd place (2 x 15 minutes) and team on the 1st position will play final match (2 x 20 minutes).

7. Rules - FUTSAL – FIFA

8. Game time - 1 x 25 minutes of total time - in groups, final play 2x20 minutes of total time, match for the 3. place 2x15 minutes of total time

9. Point Scoring - Victory means three points, draw is one point, loss is without points

10. Order
A. Final chart in groups will decide on: - sum of number acquirement of points - reciprocal game - difference of score - higher number of shooted goals scored - goals kicks from penalty area
B. In quarterfinal and semi-final games, if then is a draw result, it will be decided on the winner on basis of goal-kicks from penalty area, each team 3 times, then one kick only until it is resolved.
C. If final game is finishes as a draw, the game will continue 2 x 5 minutes. If even then there is not verdict, it will follow by a goal-kick from penalty area, three times from every team, then one kick until it it‘s resolved.

11. Appropriateness of teams - two times register of team with a numbered of jersey - minimal 10 players, maximal turn-out is not limited - for match according to regulations may be 12 players - two packs numbered jersey of different colour - footwear suitable for a hall use - football ball Nr. 4

12. Waiting period - There is no waiting period. If team does not get on game according a game - time, he will be loosing 0 : 3 contumations

13. Referees - will be nominated organizers of tournament

14. Punishment - two yellow cards - stop for one game - red card - punishments according regulations and stop at least on the next game - if the team leaves the football pitch wilfully it will be loosing 3 : 0 contumations - organizer of the tournament offers a possibility "to give a redemption price for cards" yellow card = 500 Sk ; red card = 1.000 Sk

15. Prices - The first spot: challenge cup + DM 5.000 The second spot: cup + DM 3.000 The third spot: cup + DM 1.000 At the same time evaluations of the best shooter, the best player, the best goalkeeper, the best player over 35 years and the best referee of tournament will be done. They will receive prices from sponsor of the tournament.

16. Drawing lots - Will be done administrative commitee till Dec.30, 1999.

17. Accommodation and food - Will safety by administrative committee in Hotel Olympia, which is situated near sport hall.

18. Insurance - All the players are insured on the cost of the club, respectively on the costs of the mother federation.

19. Protest - It has to be given in writing at least 10 minutes after the end of the game with the charge Sk 1.000 in cash. If the protest is admitted, money will be given back to the protesting team.

20. Preparation - At least 90 min. before the game.

21. Application forms - till september 30, 1999 obligatory application form sent by fax, or by E-mail till september 30, 1999 have to be payed starting fee 500,-DM, till september 30, 1999 have to be given information about the number of members of the delegation and also information about the arrival time
