DYNAMIK CUP '99

• 1. Organiser: DYNAMIK
  
• 2. Term: 30. - 31. january 1999
  
• 3. Place: Sports hall Olympia, Nitra - Cherenová, dimension 40 x 37 m, Coverings - deck planking
  
• 4. Participants: 12 teams
  
• 5. System of play: 2 groups, six teams in one group ( each other )

  • the first three teams will advance to semi-final, first team directly
  • teams the second and the third win will play to cross quarterfinal
  • those semi-finalist that lost win will play for the third spot
  • winners from semi-final will play the final play

• 6. Rules: FUTSAL - FIFA
  
• 7. Game time: 2 x 15 minutes of total time, final play 2x20 minutes of total time
  
• 8. Evaluation of results: victory are three points draww is one points loss is without points
  
• 9. Order:

  A. Finally chart in groups will decide:

  • sum of number acquirement of points
  • reciprocal game
  • differencal of score
  • bigger number of senile goals
  • kicks to wicket from penalty area

  B. In quarterfinal and semi-final, if is a draw result, about a winner fromgame kicks to wicket from penalty area, three time from every team, then only one kick until it will resolution.

  C. If final game is finishes as a draw, game will continue 2 x 5 minutes. If then is not verdict either, it will follows a kick to wicket from penalty area, three times from every team, then only kick until it will resolution.

• 10. Appropriateness of teams:
  two times register of team with a numbers of jerseys
  minimal 10 players, maximal turn-out is not limited
  for match according to regulations may be 12 players
  two packs numbers jerseys of different colour
  for a hall suitable of footwear
  football ball number four
  
• 11. Waiting period: Is not neither. If team is not gets on game according a game - time, he will be loosing 3 : 0 contumations
  
• 12. Referees: will be nominating organisers of tournament
  
• 13.Punishment:
  two yellow cards - stop for one game
  red card - punishments according regulations and stop at least on the next game
  if the team teaves the football pitch wilfully it will be loosing 3 : 0 contumations
  organiser of the tournament offers a possibility "to give a redemption price for cards" yellow card = 500,- Sk ; red card = 1 000,- Sk
  
• 14. Prices:

• At the same time will evaluations the best shooter, the best player and the best goalkeeper, and the best player over 35 years of tournament. They will prices from sponsor of tournament.
  
• 15. Drawing lots: Will diong by administrative commitee till 30.12.1998.
  
• 16. Accommodation and food: Will safety by administrative committee in Hotel Olympia, which is situated near sport hall.
  
• 17. Insurance: All the players are insure on the cost of the club, respectively on the costs of the mother federation.
  
• 18. Protest: It has to be given in writing at least 10 minutes after the end of the game with the charge 1 000,- Sk cash. If the protest is admitted, money will be given back to the protesting team.
  
• 19. Preparation: At least 90 min. Befor the game.
  
• 20. Applications forms:
• till 20. 10. 1998 obligatory application form
• till 30. 10. 1998 have to be payed starting fee 500,- DM
• till 31. 12. 1998 have to be given information about the number of members of the expedition and also informations about the arrival time

Organiser reserves the right of the change if it is necessary.
