Team Invitation

  You are cordially invited to participate in the 2001 international futsal club tournament to be held in Scotland at the Bells Sports Centre in the Fair City of Perth.

  Organised by Fair City Futsal, the only group currently playing futsal in Scotland at present, it is hoped that the tournament will attract teams from all over the world to participate in the biggest, most prestigious competition ever to be held in the United Kingdom.

  Fair City Futsal have put in place everything possible to ensure a successful event. Top class three star local accommodation and one of the Country’s finest indoor football arenas should combine to make the tournament a wonderful experience, and coupled with the traditional Scottish hospitality we would hope one which may grow year on year.

Entry for this year will be limited to 10 teams maximum, and closing date for applications is Friday 27^th April, 2001.

The cost for participation is £3,500.00 sterling, which includes;

Accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis for a squad of 14 persons maximum. Check in at your hotel is on Tuesday 24^th July, departure Sunday 29^th in the morning. Further days and accommodation for additional persons can be arranged at an additional cost.  

A buffet-style dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, at a time convenient to match fixtures.

Transport between your accommodation and the stadium. Arrangements for transport from either of the two major Scottish airports (Glasgow and Edinburgh) should be requested in advance and may incur and small additional charge.  

Entry fees for the tournament.

Access to training facilities wherever possible.  

A non-returnable deposit of 25% (£875.00 sterling) must be paid to FAIR CITY FUTSAL with your application form.
