INVITATION:
We would like to invit you to our annual TISC-Cup which is held at the
University of Twente. This is an inter-university tournament with teams
from all over Europ, varying from very professional to recreational. For
further information, see below. We look forward to your
participation.
DATE:
23 of November 2001 - 25 of November 2001 (Friday-Sunday)
PLACE:
sport center of teh University of Twente, Enschede, Holland
PROGRAMME:
friday - registration, opening and small party in the sports center
saturday - First rounds and big party downtown or on campus
sunday - Loosers poules, quartersfinals, semifinals and finals
PARTICIPANTS:
dutch, german, polisch, ukranian, french and many more
ENTRANCE FEE:
NLG 300 + 25 p.p.
RULES:
oblige rules settled by FIFA organization
GAME RULES:
20 teams are divided into 4 groups, which contain 5 teams each.
decision will be made by;
a) higher number of scored points
b) more profitable account in direct meetings
c) more profitable difference of goals
d) higher number of scored goals
e) penalty kicks
POINT SCORING:
win - 3 points ; draw - 1 point ; loss - 0 points
GAME TIME:
games : 1 x 20 minutes
LEVEL OF TOURNAMENT:
Varying: The level of the best teams is very high,
there are even ex-players of national teams, on the other hand there are
also teams that come for fun and have a very low level of play.
