ANGRA DO HEROÍSMO (AZORESISLAND – PORTUGAL) 2009

Dearest Friends,
KEBROSTRESS is about to promote, organize and realize the 3º Edition of the FUTSAL NATIONS CUP (Men’s), that will be played the 20 to 23 August 2009 at the Portuguese Island of Azores (City of Angra do Heroísmo).
So, it is for us a great pleasure to sending you this invitation, hopping that you can accept it and make us proud with your participation on this marvellous international futsal event.

III Edition of the FUTSAL NATIONS CUP

Organization: Kebrostress / City Council of Angra do Heroísmo
Official Entities: Portuguese Football Federation and Football Association of Angra do Heroísmo

Each invited team can bring a maximum of 19 persons (at least 10 must be players) and the Organization will assure them the Hotel, the food and meals, laundry service (for the equipments)
and the transports (Airport > hotel > sport Hall and vice-versa).
We also ask to each team to bring a referee or two from there country to take part of this international futsal tournament. The team will be allowed to arrive one day before (19 August) and
make the departure at the 24 August. Att: We will arrange it in accordance with the international flights


2 groups (A and B) of 3 Teams each and all play against each others (two matches for each Teams). Than, the first of Group A will play the final against the first of the group B. The second of each group will play the match for the 3º and 4º places and the third of group A and B will play for the 5º and 6º places.
For this tournament, as the two previous editions, it will have also some others prize – The best Goalkeeper, the best Scorers, the best player of the tournament and the “Fair-play” award.


During 4 days, the six teams will try to get at the final, playing the first day one match of each group. At the second day, we will have the rest of the matches of the Group phase (Attention: we
alert that some teams, after an official draw, will play two time in the same day!!). On the last day (classification matches), we will have the discussion of the 5º and 6º places on the Sunday morning than the 3º and 4º places at the afternoon and after the FINAL).
