EUROMILANO 2002 - INVITATIONAL

Dear Student, University, National University Sport Federation,
The University Sport Center of Milan (CUS MILANO), is proud to invite you to our International University Sport Event, the "EUROMILANO 2002", which is going to be held from the 21st to the 24th of November 2002.
The "EUROMILANO 2002" is a Tournament of: Soccer 5 (male), Basket (male), Volley (at least two women playing in the court), a Torch relay race – 500 m. -
(2 men and 2 women per team), Rowing and Cheerleading contest.
The Tournament will take place in our Sport Center (PALACUS MILANO) nearby the IDROSCALO of Milan and Linate airport, in a beautiful area with a lake and a green park.
The Universities Invited are coming from Spain, France, Germany, England, Switzerland, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Sweden, U.S.A and many more…in a two day tournament with more than 1000 students!
To semplify the admission process, I have enclosed an admission sheet, iscription and the partecipation fee.
We will keep you informed by a newsletter about all the latest developments.

EUROMILANO 2002 - SCHEDULE

Thursday 21/11:
from 10 a.m. meeting with all athletes Briefing and Housing;
h. 14.00 to 24.00: guide visit around Milan (city, museum and…clubs)

Friday 22/11:
h. 9.00: start of tournment: soccer, basket, volley;
h. 13.00/13.30: lunch break;
h. 13.30: tournment and cheerleading contest;
h. 19.00: torch relay race: 4 x 500 m.;
h. 20.00: end of qualifying tournment;
h. 22.00/02.00: dinner and
“CUS MILANO PARTY”

Saturday 23/11:
h. 9.00: start of tournment: soccer, basket, volley;
h. 12.00: rowing contest;
h. 13.00/13.30: lunch;
h. 14.00: tournament final and cheerleading contest;
h. 20.00: awarding ceremony;
h. 22.00/04.00: dinner and
“The Night Yo’ll Never Forget-2nd ”

Sunday 24/11:
h. 10.00 to 16.00: guide visit around Milan;
From 10.00 a.m.: Departure of all partecipants.

(3 DAYS): OVERNIGHT STAY from the 21 to 23 November 2002 in Gym/Hostel/Hotel

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
- Tournment iscription;
- T-Shirt and gadgets;
- Breakfast (friday, saturday and sunday);
- Lunch (friday and saturday) at the Sport Center;
- Dinner depending on the evening’s program;
- Free entry to all Parties;
- Ambulance for players throughout the all tournment.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
- Transport from HOTEL /HOSTEL to the Sport Center and back;
- Drink at Parties.
