AUSTRIA FUTSAL NEWS:

On Sunday 24th November the Nachwuchsmodell KSV Kapfenberg hosted the 1st FUTSAL TOURNAMENT in Austria.
12 Teams of Austria (U17 Juniors) from the Austrian Countries Niederösterreich, Kärnten and Steiermark were there.
The winner was SC Perchtoldsdorf (Niederösterreich) in the Final Match against LZ KSV Kapfenberg (Junior Team from 1. Division Club KSV Kapfenberg) with 1 : 0.
In the Semifinal SC Perchtoldsdorf beat BNZ GAK (Junior team from Premier Club GAK) with 2 : 0.

The following tournaments are being hosted in this year, and it is possible to take part:

Fohnsdorf (Sporthall by Swimming Hall)
from 14 h with the teams from Fohnsdorf, Scheifling, Neumarkt etc.

7.12.2002
Kapfenberg (BRG Hall, Frauenriegel)
international Tournament for U13.

GERMANY FUTSAL NEWS - THÜRINGEN:

The first instruction manual in the German language will be completed in December, along with an instructional video tape.

Our cooperation with the Ministry of Culture in Thüringen and the local Football association are working out very well. There are many exciting events planned throughout the next couple of months. The seminaries regarding the specific formation of sports teachers in the area of Futsal are also developed well beyond their initial stages.

Our work and our concepts are receiving a lot of praise from other regions of Germany, so that we believe that many other federal states might follow our example in the near future.
