As reported before Christmas by the Azeri Football Association web site,
Azerbaijan can count on a new national team coach:
Alecio. The former Spartak Moscow, TTG-Java and Kairat Almaty member will now try the Azeri experience for his first ever time. Josè Alecio Da Silva, in futsal simply known as Alecio, is now experiencing his first official challenge on the Azerbaijan bench, leading the team in the second edition of the Baku International tournament (
click here to know more). After that Azerbaijan will try to enter Hungary 2010 final stage through conquering the qualifying round in Portugal (vs Poland, Portugal and the winner of the preliminary group D composed of Israel, Finland, Turkey and Montenegro).
