2nd Futsal tourney postponed to Feb 10

Dimapur, February 1 (MExN): The Excel United Club, Kohima, organizer of the 2nd Futsal tournament, five a-side soccer informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the tourney has to be postponed to February 10 to 14 at local ground, Kohima. The Excel United Club cited the reason for postponing the tourney saying that it dates of the tourney clash with the 1st Nagaland Inter District football tournament, which was starting on January 29 to February 4, informed in a release from Excel United Club, Kohima.

It may be mentioned that that it was supposed to start from February 2 to 7. The forms for the tournament are available at Sports World Taxi Stand, Kohima, Popular Bakery PR Hill, Kohima and Sports Zone, BOC, Kohima, a cost of Rs. 50 per each form. The entry fee for the tournament is fixed at Rs.1000 and last date of forms submission have been extended till fixed on February 7 and the fixture would be drawn on February 8 at 3.00 pm at local ground, Kohima. The tournament prizes sponsors are first prize (Rs.15,000) -Mr. Myingthungo Mozhui, Vice President , NSUI, 2nd prize (Rs.10,000) Universal Traders , Proprietor Mr. Kezhaletuo Kire, 3rd-prize (Rs.5000) Big Bite,Jjail Colony and Individual prizes Kekhrieletuo Angami. The Excel United Club also has requested the last year’s champion Merhulietsa FC to return the running to trophy to the organizer at the earliest.
