FUTSAL JKB Selayang notch double

JKB SELAYANG FC clinched a double when they won the Under-15 and Under-21 categories of the City Day Unity Futsal carnival at the Sports Planet in Ampang last Sunday.

JKB Selayang beat Belia Sri Perantau 5-1 in the Under-21 final but their Under-15 side had to work harder before subduing KeFu Patriot FC 2-1.

The event was sponsored by Milo, SportsUnite and Figo,

"It was great to see all the teams following the regulation -- that they composition of each team had to be of a minimum two races," said SportsUnite executive director Datuk Dina Rizal.

"In fact, we awarded Sarjana Kalumpang FC, who finished third in the Under-21 category, a special award as they had players from five races."
