Futsal league for women players in Herefordshire

FEMALE footballers will be competing in the first HFA Adult Women’s County Futsal League which starts next month.

The Royal National College for the Blind is hosting the eight-team adult competition which gets underway on Tuesday, April 21.

The Herefordshire league will run over four weeks until Tuesday, May 12.

The winning team will represent the county in the national finals of the FA Futsal Cup in Sheffield from July 3 to 5.

Entry is £30 for a squad of 12 players (teams of five).

Futsal is a five-a-side football game played with hockey-sized goals and a smaller ball.
