COSTA RICA STAGES FIFA FUTSAL REFEREE INSTRUCTORS COURSE

The Federación Costarricense de Fútbol in collaboration with FIFA and UNCAF (Unión Centroaméricana de Fútbol) held a FIFA Futsal Referee Instructors Course in San José from 14-18 April.

Jesus Rubio of Spain was the FIFA Instructor for the four-day course that drew 35 participants from 11 countries (Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama).


CUBA TO FACE VENEZUELA TWICE

Cuba’s Futsal team will host two games against Venezuela at the Sala Polivalente Leonarado M. Grant in Las Tunas on Tuesday (21 April) and Saturday (25 April).

The Leones del Caribe will also play in a scrimmage match on Thursday (23 April) in Las Tunas. All three games are part of the futsal competition for the III Juegos Deportivos del ALBA.
