The second win in a row over the title holder Port Authority of Thailand gave CAT Telecom a larger lead in the Thai Futsal League 2009 table, also due to the fact that Chonburi Blue Wave and TOT ended with a tie in the other big match of the 12th round. League leaders found the victory thanks to the second and decisive goal by Tananchai Chomboon in the final minutes of the game, while TOT managed to survive to a three goals defeat in the first half, closing on a 3-3 tie when the final whistle came. I AM Sport, still third in the standing, managed to overcome Royal Thai Navi also thanks to an impressive hat trick by Sermphan Khumthinkeaw.
