The third edition of the young but ambitious
F League will start in Japan on next August 22th and all clubs are already working to improve their level, with special refer to the
Nagoya Oceans' opponents which will try to change the competition destiny for the first time. In the 2009 edition the participants clubs will move to 10 instead of the "traditional" eight, with the entry of
Tokyo Fuchu Athletic and
Espolada Hokkaido.
High hopes in Osaka, where the local idols of
Shriker will try to elevate their ranking after the 7th place got in the first edition and the 4th position obtained in the past tournament. In order to that the Osaka side has announced the signing of the well known goalkeeper
Higor (former São Caetano and São Paulo) and one more brazilian player, the former Vocem/Assis
Evinho.
Will that be enough to overcome the dominant sides of Japanese F League like Nagoya Oceans and Bardral Urayasu. Since August, we'll have the first answer. Don't miss the F League happenings on Futsalplanet.com and, obviously, on the
F League Official Web Site!Higor (left) and Evinho introduced on the Shriker Osaka Official Web Site
