One more great day, in memory of our friend Dimitri. On past May 31st was held in Athen the 3rd Dimitri Nicolaou's day: before talking about this shining and unforgettable event, we're in need to say thanks to a lot of people involved in it. This is basic for us, as Futsalplanet.com has just a little role in the organization, so that let's pay tribute to the main characters of it. First of all a big thanks and hug to the whole Dimitri's family: Elena, Jenny, Apostolo and Niki. Then our friend and, event promoter and cup winner (!) Yannis Mostrios, the PC's perfect guide in Athens Yiannis Ziavas, the event speaker and Futsal Hellas organization chairman Costas Rouptsos. Thanks to the rest of the huge group of Dimitri's friends and everybody who attended the event.

And thanks to you Dimitri, all this was for you.

The event organization started on saturday with the hall preparation (PC included at work!), followed by a Dimitri's friends dinner in the evening.

On Sunday morning the final preparation inside and outside the hall, with Ilioupoli having the last training session (with the prestigious PC presence) before the Cup final match.

In the afternoon, in the Doukas school hall, officially began the 3rd Dimitri Nicolaou's day, with main characters from Hellenic Futsal (local federation included) giving their memories on our friend Dimitri.

Then came the time of the UMBRO/Futsalplanet Awards 2008 ceremony, with special refer to the Best Coach of the World - Dimitri Nicolaou award. Futsalplanet.com webmaster and founder Mico Martic gave the prize to Paulo Cesar De Oliveira "PC".

Finally, a video-clip dedicated to the memory of Dimitri.

In another news we will report also about the Hellenic Cup Final, which was included in the event as well.
