The NewsFutsal clubs to get registeredFriday, June 12, 2009KARACHI: The Sindh Football Association (SFA) have formed a committee for the registration of futsal clubs in the province on the directives of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), the coordinator of the SFA Qamar Yar Khan told ‘The News’ on Thursday.
The seven-member committee is headed by the former secretary of the SFA Azam Khan as chairman. Qamar Yar Khan is the secretary of the committee while Imdad Hussain Shah (Sukkur), Sardar Shah (Thatta), Murad Jan (Karachi), Dr Israr (Jacobabad) and Razaullah Khan (Hyderabad) are its members.
Qamar said that all the clubs in Sindh are advised to get the registration forms from the committee’s office housed here at the Korangi Baloch Football Stadium, 36-G, Landhi during office hours.
The aspirants could also approach for the information of registration at the e-mails sindhfutsalassociation@gmail.com and sindhfootballassociation@gmail.com.
Qamar said that the First National Futsal Championship will be held in December at a yet to be decided venue under the auspices of the PFF.
