The exodus from Brazil to Europe

Money problems. This is the reason. According to the Brazilian Futsal Federation (CBFS www.cbfs.com.br) many brazilian clubs are in money troubles, so the best players of the country are leaving, in order to play and earn money in the best european championships, like the spanish, italian, russian and portuguese ones. Some others leave Brazil for Japan.
In the last four years more than 400 players left Brazil and 306 of them did it in an irregular way, becouse they don't have the releasing card of their club or federation. In addition the tranferts are often irregular becouse the european clubs don't pay the CBFS tax, so that Carlos Alberto Bittencourt (CBFS vice-president) said that when these players will come back to Brazil they have to pay that tax.
Also Manoel Tobias could leave Brazil. If he doesn't reach an agreement with Banespa there's the chance to see the player in Spain (Caja Segovia) or Italy (Lazio).

Finally, the prices: about 4.000 US $ for a "champion", about 2500 US $ for a promising young player.
