The second croatian experience. After having been in charge for Brodosplit Inz., the portuguese coach Tiago Polido will sit on the MNK Nacional bench for the next two years as announced by the croatian vice-champion 08/09.
After the current disappointing season, ended with the play-off final surprisingly lost to Potpican 98, the management staff of MNK Nacional is looking to take again the lead of local futsal. Tiago Polido, who conquered the italian Cup with Arzignano Grifo in this season have signed a two years agreement with the croatian side. As announced by the club executive vice-president Kresimir Dominis, Polido has reached Zagreb since yesterday and until next monday will evaluate the current roster and young talents of the club, then will plan new signings, also from abroad, with the MNK Nacional staff. Both coaches Mavrovic and Merslavic won't abandon the team but will stay as Polido collaborators.
