Coach Brennan has big plans

FUTSAL - similar to five-a-sde but with a greater emphasis on skill and tactics - is one of the fastest-growing sports, and Steve Brennan is looking to cultivate the trend in the Scarborough area.

The 27-year-old Snainton player has huge ambitions for the game after starting up his own coaching sessions at the George Pindar Sports Centre.

The next step in Brennan's three-year plan is to introduce a Scarborough team into the national leagues, as well as set up an academy for younger players.
