More on the paper than in the pitch, this is the beginning of the next season in Czech Republic. The first division 2009/2010 has been characterized by two great changes in the clubs composition. The well known club (in soccer)
Slavia Praha willl make their debut in futsal, taking part in the first division after getting the "license" left by league finalist (defeated by Era-Pack Chrudim)
Eco Investment Praha.
Same history for
FC Balticflora Teplice, with the difference that the club owned by
Dmitrij Pronin and
Michal Zak was already competing in Czech futsal and this year just dominated the local third division (group A) closing the season with 60 points (14 more than runners up Alfa Liberec, do you remember this name?). But Balticflora had the chance to gain a double jump and accepted it, so that instead playing in the second division they will get the place left free in first division by
SELP Mlada Boleslav. The club from Teplice is also characterizing the summer market, as their blue shirt will be worn by national legend
Martin Dlouhy and another top player like
Pavel Stejskal. Also, a foreign signing has been confimed from German futsal:
Kevin Reinhardt (TSC Stuttgart) is a new player of FC Balticflora Teplice.
