Interesting news from Cyprus. The first division side G.C. School Nicosia has appointed the former Polish national team coach Tomasz Aftanski for the next season. Aftanski became then the first ever polish coach working abroad, as he will move to Cyprus since next August.
The cypriot club hopes to improve their results after ending as league runners up (defeated by Omonoia Nicosia in the final round of the play-off series) and cup finalist (losing to Ararat in the deciding match).
