Carlos Quiros, head coach of the Costa Rican national team has selected 18 players for the beginning of the season 2003. The majority of the selected players are from the Costa Rican champion of Desamparados. The list is not definitive yet but will be updated later with about other ten players from the best futsal clubs (both Fifa and Fifusa clubs), in order to prepare the qualification round for the fourth Fifa World Championship.
The definitive list will be announced in July 2003.
