JFAFutsal Japan to visit Libya for friendly matchesFutsal Japan will visit Libya for a two-game friendly series later this month, it was announced Friday.
The first game will be played on July 31, with the second game scheduled for August 1 in Tripoli.
Libya won the CAF Futsal Championship for the first time in March last year and took part in the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Brazil in the autumn. The two teams will be meeting each other for the first time.
The 12-member Japan squad includes Kensuke Takahashi of Spanish club Caja Segovia and Akira Yoshida of Italian side Orvieto. The squad will leave for the north African country on Tuesday.
