Everything is changed, nothing is changed. Everything is allowed, and if is not allowed is anyway forgiven and forgotten, just a matter of time. That's Italy, land of smart people. So that there are just two guilties (the other ones closed their eyes and ears during the whole World Cup, they just didn't know about Douglas Corsini!) for the biggest ever scandal of worldwide futsal, where false medical certificates are involved.

Former head coach Alessandro Nuccorini was sanctioned for 22 months, team doctor Walter Sacco for 12 months. Both sanctions were supposed to be a little "heavier" but the involved persons used the article 23 of the Sports Officials Code of Ethics (but why on earth is it called ethic?) that features the prestigious "patteggiamento" (a kind of Plea Bargaining).

Anyway, the saddest thing is not the happening itself, but the fact that nobody was going to denounce it if not and just in order to use it for "electoral purposes". Is this "kind of Italy" able to experience a real change? Muita sorte!

Caso Corsini: squalificati l’allenatore Nuccorini e il medico Sacco

Un anno e 10 mesi di squalifica per l’ex allenatore della Nazionale di Calcio a 5 Alessandro Nuccorini ; un anno di squalifica per l’ex medico della squadra Walter Sacco : queste le decisioni della Commissione Disciplinare del Settore tecnico della FIGC che ha giudicato sul deferimento della Procura federale dopo l’inchiesta sui motivi che portarono all’esclusione del calciatore Douglas Corsini dalla fase finale degli ultimi Campionati del Mondo.
Come si ricorderà,fu lo stesso giocatore a presentare un esposto contestando il “taglio” dalla rosa della Nazionale per problemi di salute (sulla base di una documentazione sanitaria da lui ritenuta falsa) e la FIGC dispose un’indagine amministrativa interna per ricostruire la dinamica degli avvenimenti : tutti i documenti sono stati poi trasmessi alla Procura federale che in esito all’inchiesta ha deciso per il deferimento di Nuccorini e Sacco.
In sede di Commissione disciplinare,è stata accolta dalla Procura la richiesta di Nuccorini e Sacco di applicazione dell’art.23 del Codice di Giustizia sportiva che consente il patteggiamento : per il tecnico la squalifica scadrà il 22 maggio 2011 ( un anno e 10 mesi) ; per il dottor Sacco il 21 luglio 2010 (un anno).
