Futsal on russian TVYesterday all-Russia TV channel
“Sport” and Futsal Association of Russia signed a contract that officially brings Futsal back on TV screen.
In season 2009-10 the main russian sport channel will broadcast
26 games of Russian Futsal
Superleague and
4 games of Russian
Cup.
Russian Futsal Association president
Semen Andreev noted that television will encourage further development of professional Futsal and growth of its popularity in Russia:
“our long and painstaking work has finally given us a tangible result” – he concluded.
