We wanna futsal to succeed. Youth futsal is one of the the first steps to build a shining future. We're aware that an Under 21 competition is just a little brick in the wall, but it could definitely give a strong impulse to national associations (if interpretated in the right way and not just a mere run for a title) regarding the concept of "working on the base". After the first successful "experiment" held in St. Petersburg, it seems UEFA is not looking for a second chance. Against this statement we have decided to launch an on-line petition through the whole futsal community (obviously with special refer to the continental one, but not only) in order to ask UEFA to reintroduce the tournament. We believe this will also represent a good chance to understand if and how our "little world" is ready to fight for what we deserve.

Send your data and signature (the sooner you do that, the better: digital version or printed one) to support the reintroduction of the UEFA Under 21 Futsal Championships. Don't waste your "futsal time" in complaining, do something concrete.

Letter to UEFA

The Futsal Community (associations, clubs, players, coaches, fans, etc.) - as member of the football family -
is kindly asking UEFA to reintroduce the Under 21 European Futsal Championship, which has been recently
cancelled without any clear reasons. CONMEBOL is running its U-20 Futsal Championship, we desperately need a youth competition.

Futsal is at the crossroad of its life cycle and must urgently get:
1. Global recognition
2. Strong base of the pyramid
3. Equal opportunity to play Futsal for all
4. Financial and political support

The youth competition represent the first priority for the European Futsal. We hope our voice will be heard.

The undersigned persons support the reintroduction of the U-21 European Futsal Championship, and underline its
importance in a long-term vision of development for our beloved game, which is a primary responsibility of a top
Confederation like UEFA.
