Futsal, the really beautiful game

The latest Issue of Inside SOCCER Magazine, Canada's largest, oldest, and most respected soccer publication, is now out and features a 5 page article on Futsal that is a great starting point for those who are new to the game and for those who wish to learn a little bit more about the game in Canada.

At only $4.95, the newly designed Inside SOCCER is easily the most affordable soccer magazine on newsstands. Besides being so affordable, another reason to pick up a copy of ISM is that the magazine is distinctly Canadian with contributions coming from many of Canada's best soccer (and futsal) minds. This issue features pieces from long-timeBen Knight, Bob Koep, Dennis Fitter, Paul Hendren, among others.

Fresh off the press, the Oct/Nov edition features a great cover shot (see below) of Real Madrid and Portuguese megastar Cristiano Ronaldo leaping sky-high in the air while Toronto FC defender Marvell Wynne looks on. Futsal is actually mentioned on the cover as well.

ISM has long been a great supporter of Futsal, with continuous coverage from across the country in both its print and online editions. They even placed the Glen Shields U14 Boys Championship team from the 2006 OSA Futsal Cup on its cover.
