Iran tops international futsal tournament

Tripoli, Libya - Iranian national futsal squad beat Salomon Islands 6-0 in a match in the fourth round of the international Al-Fateh futsal tournament here.

Thanks to the victory, Iran ranked first in the tournament with nine points, while Libya and Uruguay recorded six points each.

Libya suffered its first loss in the tournament against Uruguay, which beat it 3-2.

Guatemala, which was billed to play against Uruguay Sunday, is at the bottom of the rankings with one point.
