Ragomo was the only local futsal player who ply his trade in Spain few years back before returning home.
He revealed his confidence when he left to Australia yesterday.
Speaking briefly to Star Sports before departure Ragomo said he will be heading to Australia to play futsal and hopefully continue with his studies.
“I’m going back to where I started to expose my talent and I’m aiming for a return to Europe,” he said.
“Hopefully I will also continue to study.”
Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) media officer Joseph Boso said the details behind his move was still sketchy.
“From information gathered we have realized him to play in Australia,” he said.
“But the detials, reasons for the move and who made arrangemnets for the move were not realized.”
He said: “whether Ragomo will be travelling back to Spain where he has been playing in past years is not been confirmed yet.”
Ragomo’s brief stint in Spain previously has contributed much to Kurukuru’s success in world stage.
In 2008 after returning from Spain, he led Kurukuru to qualify to the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Brazil.
This year, he again led Kurukuru to win the Oceania Championship in Fiji and earned a spot in the Alfetech Tournament in Libya.
In the tournament, Ragomo collected the golden boot award eventhough Kurukuru settled for fifth position.
