UEFA.comFutsal EURO ticket sales set to openFriday 13 November 2009Online ticket sales will open on Monday for the UEFA European Futsal Championship in Hungary next year.
Sales beginThe Futsal EURO takes place between 19 and 30 January 2010 in the Hungarian cities of Debrecen and Budapest, and you can buy tickets via the dedicated website, futsaleurotickets.com. Web sales begin at 12.00CET on Monday 16 November and continue until the same time on the tournament's final day, Saturday 30 January. Tickets can also be bought in Hungary at IBUSZ offices and at the host arenas' ticketing centres.
OptionsWith the UEFA European Futsal Championship consisting of 20 matches contested by 12 teams, fans have the option of buying individual match tickets for the group stage, semi-finals and final, or seat-holder (ie season) tickets for either of the two venues. Group tickets are also available for games, for a minimum of 20 people. Individual group-stage match tickets will come in three price categories: 2,700 Hungarian forints (roughly €9), 1,800 HUF (€6) and 900 HUF (€3).
-> Click here for full price and ticketing details.VenuesThe semi-finals, final and third place play-off will be held in Debrecen's 6,500-capacity Főnix Arena, while the quarter-finals and 12 group games will be split evenly between Debrecen and the 7,700-seater Papp László Sportaréna in the Hungarian capital, Budapest.
VoucherFans ordering tickets online will receive a voucher to be exchanged against tickets at the arena ticketing centres in Debrecen and Budapest, which will be open between 10.00 and 17.00CET (or kick-off time) from 15 to 30 January. Online payment is by credit card only, with MasterCard the preferred option. Supporters wishing to buy tickets in person can visit any IBUSZ office in the host country between 09.00 and 17.00CET on workdays. IBUSZ sales run from 16 November until 29 January.
Tournament lineupThe following teams will be competing at the Futsal EURO: Hungary, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan (Group A, Budapest); Italy, Ukraine, Belgium (Group B, Debrecen); Russia, Serbia, Slovenia (Group C, Budapest); Spain, Portugal, Belarus (Group D, Debrecen).
