China top group B enter semis in Asian Futsal Championship

In the Asian Futsal Championship, title favorites and hosts China took their third win in a row to advance to the semifinals as Group B leaders. They edged past South Korea on Thursday.

South Korea got off to a flying start as they took the lead moments into the match.

But China leveld the match on a fast counter attack thanks to a low shot beating the South Korea goalkepper.

And the Chinese extended their lead minutes before half time, this volley was one of the best strikes of the match.

Both sides then exchanged lead heading into the second half.

Finally, China sealed it with a 5-4 win for their third match win. China advanced to semifinals to face Chinese Taipei.
