The AFC.comAFC Disciplinary Committee decisionsThursday, 03 December 2009KUALA LUMPUR: The following are among the decisions that have been made by the AFC Disciplinary Committee at its meeting on November 25, 2009.
- The All Nepal Football Association has been fined US$15,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC U19 Championship 2010 qualifier between Nepal and Jordan on November 1, 2009 in Kathmandu. The ANFA has the right to appeal.
- The Chinese Football Association has been fined US$7,500 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC U19 Championship 2010 qualifier between Malaysia and China on November 8, 2009 in Beijing. The CFA has the right to appeal.
- The Indonesian Football Association has been fined US$10,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC Asian Cup qualifier between Indonesia and Kuwait on November 18, 2009 in Jakarta. The IFA has the right to appeal.
- The Hong Kong Football Association has been fined US$5,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC Cup semi-final second leg between South China and Kuwait SC on October 31, 2009 in Hong Kong. The HKFA has the right to appeal.
- The Myanmar Football Federation has been fined US$1,000 after the head coach failed to attend the mandatory post-match press conference following the AFC U19 Championship qualifier between China and Myanmar on November 6, 2009. There is no right of appeal.
- The Oman Football Association has been fined US$3,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC Asian Cup 2010 qualifier between Oman and Australia on November 14, 2009 in Muscat. There is no right of appeal.
- The Vietnam Football Federation has been fined US$5,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC Asian Cup 2011 qualifier between Vietnam and Syria on November 14, 2009. The VFF has the right to appeal.
- The Bahrain Football Association has been fined US$1,000 after the head coach failed to attend the mandatory post-match press conference following the AFC U19 Championship 2010 qualifier between Syria and Bahrain on November 6, 2009. There is no right of appeal.
- The Malaysian Football Association has been fined US$1,000 after the head coach failed to attend the mandatory post-match press conference following the AFC U19 Championship 2010 qualifier between Guam and Malaysia on November 6, 2009. There is no right of appeal.
In addition, the Assistant Coach of the Malaysian U19 team, Hassan Sazali bin Mohd Waras, has been suspended for six matches and given a stern warning for offensive behaviour during the AFC U19 Championship qualifier between Malaysia and China on November 8, 2009. Hassan has the right to appeal.
- The Football Association of Singapore has been find US$5,000 for failing to ensure appropriate security arrangements during the AFC Asian Cup 2011 qualifier between Singapore and Jordan on January 28, 2009. The FAS was also fined US$3,000 for the behaviour of players in the same match. The FAS has the right to appeal.
- The Iraq Football Association has been fined US$5,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC U19 Championship 2010 qualifier between Kuwait and Iraq on November 12, 2009. The IFA has the right to appeal.
- The IFA has also been fined US$5,000 for failing to appoint a Media Officer for the AFC Futsal Championship 2010 West Zone qualifiers from October 13-19, 2009. The IFA has the right to appeal. - The Jordan Football Association has been fined US$1,000 after the head coach failed to attend the mandatory post-match press conference following the AFC Futsal Championship 2010 qualifier between Jordan and Iraq on October 13, 2009. There is no right of appeal. The JFA has also been fined US$3,000 for unsporting behaviour of its officials and players during the AFC Asian Cup 2011 qualifier between Singapore and Jordan on January 28, 2009. There is no right to appeal.
- Kuwait SC has been fined US$1,000 after failing to provide a player to attend the mandatory pre-match press conference for the AFC Cup 2009 match between Arbil and Kuwait SC on September 30, 2009. There is no right of appeal.
- The Kuwait Football Association has been fined US$12,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC Cup 2009 final between Kuwait SC and Al Karamah on November 3, 2009. The KFA has the right to appeal.
- The Lebanese Football Association has been fined US$5,000 for the conduct of spectators during the AFC Asian Cup 2011 qualifier between Lebanon and China on November 14. The LFA has the right to appeal.
In addition, Lebanese player Sarkis Askadjian has been suspended for nine matches and fined US$4,500 for offensive behaviour during the AFC Futsal Championship 2010 qualifier between Lebanon and Kuwait on November 2, 2009. Askadjian has the right to appeal. Posted by
