Eleven brazilian and nine italian players in the preliminary list sent to UEFA by the Italian futsal commmittee. Italy will face Belgium and Ukraine in Group B scheduled to take place in the Debrecen's Fonix Arena. Have a look at the preliminary roster announced by head coach Roberto Menichelli, waiting for the final list of 14 to be communicated, as a deadline, one day prior to the team's first match (useful info for italian journalists, if they're still trying to understand what happened with Douglas Corsini "Perquinho" in Rio de Janeiro). As you can see the list is the same announced for the battles vs Romania, with the addition of the Barcelona's flank Saad. It's funny to see that the declared intention of the "new course" of Roberto Menichelli was to build a young team without taking into account some "extra 30" players with no future perspective in the team, something forgotten for Nuno (tomorrow is 35 years old, best wishes!) with Hungary 2010 so close to begin! Let's hope he will be in good shape to reach the World Cup 2012 as well!
