Afrique en ligneTwo Libyans make world futsal team to play against Brazil Two Libyan futsal players, Mohamed Rahoma and Mohamed Alsharif, have Tripoli for Brazil to participate as part of a world selection team in a gala futsal match against Brazil later this month, Libyan sports sources told PANA here.
Futsal is a variant of association football that is mainly played indoors.
The source said the two players were selected by the international futsal federation for their talents.
Rahoma had been elected several times as the best player in various competitions while Alsharif won the title of best goalkeeper during the African futsal championships, the Arab and North African championships and at the close of the Cup of Continents.
