Iran's dominance in Asia and beating Japan, Thailand, Uzbekistan and other opponents consistently was one of factors that drove the website to title the Iranian team "the best."
“The Persian kings keep on denying Japan, Thailand, Uzbekistan and all the other opponents with ambitious intentions. The interesting point comes from the new role of Iran in worldwide futsal, starting since the World Cup 2008 and going on with brilliant results in the recently ended year,” Futsal Planet writes.
“...Mostafa Nazari and Vahid Shamsaee were among the main characters of the event, under the guide of the Iranian Futsal Committee President Abbas Torabian,” the website adds.
The website made special mention of the Brazilian Women's National Team for brilliant performances in matches.
