Futsal registration in Scotia deadline approaching

Inside Sports in Scotia is accepting registrations for the next session of futsal (indoor soccer) now. Futsal is a variation of indoor soccer.

The session starts mid-February and runs through the first weekend in May. The registration deadline is Sunday, Jan. 31.

At the Scotia Gym, all leagues play on Saturdays. Leagues available at the Samoa Gym include adult co-ed, which plays on Monday and Wednesday nights, a men's trophy league which plays Tuesday and Thursday nights, an Open Women's league which plays on Wednesday nights, and youth leagues on Saturdays and Sundays.

Registration forms can be downloaded from the Inside Sports website at www.insidesports.ws and mailed with the appropriate fees to Inside Sports.

The registration fees for the nine game schedules are $60 for adult co-ed, women and youth leagues and $70 for the men's competitive “trophy” league. The Inside Sports preschool programs “KinderFutsal and “JuniorFutsal” cost $65 per player. Team and individual registration are welcomed. For details, go to www.insidesports.ws, or call 839-6554.
