Sapo names squad for next training camp

Sergio Sapo, head coach of Uzbekistan, named 15 futsal players who will prepare for the AFC Futsal Championship, set to take place in Tashkent from May 23 to 30.

Uzbekistan has been training in Tashkent since February 21st until the 26th, and then continue their work in Kazakhstan until March 2nd.

Coach Sapo, though, had to renounce to some players, namely goalkeeper Rustam Umarov, involved in the russian superleague with CSKA Moscow, and all players from Stroitel Zarafshan who are training with their club, preparing for the first ever AFC Futsal Club Championship.

The brazilian coach then included new faces in the national roster: we refer to the Ardus' goalkeeper Nikolai Kravchenko as well as Lokomotiv's striker Suhrob Berdiev.
