Two more players to join national futsal team

Nhan Dan Online - In preparation for the 2010 Southeast Asian Futsal Championship, coach of the Vietnam national team Sergio Gargelli has decided to call up two more players.

Accordingly, Ngo Anh Dung from Thai Son Bac and Huynh Van Phuc from Hoang Thu Da Nang will join their eighteen national teammates to practise at Thanh Long Gymnasium in Ho Chi Minh City.

After having qualified for the Asian Futsal Championship, Vietnam targets the highest spot at the Southeast Asian Futsal Championship, scheduled to be held from April 5-11 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnam will meet Myanmar in the opening match on April 5 before taking on the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia on March 6, 8 and 9 respectively.
