Interviú meet Araz, Benfica face Luparense

Holders Interviú Madrid will face Araz Naxçivan of Azerbaijan in the UEFA Futsal Cup semi-finals while SL Benfica, who host the showpiece stage from 23 to 25 April, play Luparense C/5.

UEFA Futsal Cup holders Interviú Madrid's bid for a fourth title will continue with a semi-final against Araz Naxçivan after Saturday's draw was carried out by Eusébio at Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica.

Lisbon's Pavilhão Atlântico will be the setting for the finals. In the last four on 23 April, Interviú – bidding to become the first side to successfully defend the title since their Spanish rivals Playas de Castellón FS won the opening editions in 2001/02 and 2002/03 – meet Araz, a side made up of much of the Azerbaijan squad that reached the last four of January's UEFA European Futsal Championship.

That match will be followed by the encounter between hosts SL Benfica and Italy's Luparense C/5. Like Araz, both are their nation's first representatives in the one-venue four-team finals, which began in 2007, though Benfica lost to Interviú in the two-legged decider six years ago. The matches for first and third place will be held on 25 April and all games will be shown on Eurosport or Eurosport 2.
