Azerbaijani futsal player awarded with Golden Boot

Azerbaijani futsal player Nilson dos Santos (Futsalplanet Note: he's known in futsal as "Biro Jade") is awarded with UEFA's Golden Boot

According to AFFA, the ceremony held at the AFFA Football Academy on April 13 was attended by secretary general of the association Elkhan Mammadov, president of the sphere federations of football Mahir Mammadov and president of the Futsal Federation Zaur Akhundov.

The futsal player shared the impressions after the ceremony. "This award is a result of a collective work. This is not only my success, this is a success of the whole team. I am proud of representing Azerbaijan. This is a valuable prize for me. Though we did not become the European champions, but this championship will be remembered as a championship where the Azerbaijani player received the Golden Boot.
