AFC Futsal C'ship: venue change

Kuala Lumpur: The AFC has approved the change of a secondary venue for the AFC Futsal Championship 2010 from Universal Sport to University of Information Technologies.

Uzbekistan will host the 11th edition of the tournament from May 23 to 30.

Uzbekistan Sports Complex and University of Information Technologies will stage the group matches while matches from the quarter-finals onwards will be played at the Uzbekistan Sports Complex.

The top two teams in each group will progress to the quarter-finals.

Iran will be gunning for their 10th title in the 16-team event. They beat Thailand 4-0 in the last year's final.
