TEAM FUTSAL 35 BANDUNG EMERGE CHAMPS OF INDONESIA FUTSAL CUP

JAKARTA (26 June 2010) – Team Futsal 35 Bandung emerged champions of the Indonesia Futsal Cup 2010 when they edged Bank Papua 7-6 on penalties in the final that was played at the Senayan Indoor Stadium this week.

The score was tied at 8-8 at the end of regulation.

The tournament this year was a revelation for team Futsal 35 Bandung as they played with a lot of determination and positive attitude not only in the final but also all the way through the preliminaries.

And they deservedly emerged champions after finishing at the top of the group before scoring their best win of the championship when they beat Harimau Rawa Riau – which featured six national players who had won the AFF Futsal Championship 2010 – in the semi-final.
