Got what it takes to play for MFC? Manchester Futsal Club announce 2010/11 trials schedule in August

In their quest to unearth talented players who have what it takes to join the current Manchester Futsal Club squad, the club have set a series of trial dates in August. The trials will be designed to give local players the chance to shine and impress the Manchester Futsal Club coaching staff who will be looking to further strengthen the existing squad before the 2010/11 FA Futsal Conference North season kicks off again on 21 November.

‘Whilst we are proud with what the current group of players achieved in coming runners-up in the league to Sheffield last season, we are certain that there are still some talented players out there that can be attracted to play for us next season. We need the squad to be competitive and for the players to push themselves for selection if we want to go one better next season. We are fully focussed on achieving that’ explained General Manager Simon Wright.

The 3 days of trials will start at the Denmark Road Sports Centre, Manchester M15 6FG on the following dates:

Sunday 15 August 1500-1700
Sunday 22 August 1500-1700
Sunday 29 August 1500-1700

Note: Players are expected to attend each of trial dates.

In order to register for the trials player are asked to email Manchester Futsal Club at info@manchesterfutsal.com to confirm their attendance and provide a brief background to their playing history.
