Uzbek futsal player disqualified for one year

TASHKENT – Asia Football Confederations’ Disciplinary Committee disqualified Uzbek national team futsal player Artur Yunusov for one year.

The decision was made after a doping-test that Yunusov had during the Asia 2010 Championship in Tashkent. Yunusov tested positive for marihuana.

His disqualification will last until July 5, 2011.

This is the second case this year. Three months ago a national football team player Anzur Ismailov was disqualified for the same offence.
