First points for ZC Excess in Futsal tournament

Local Futsal champions ZC Excess Futsal obtained their first points in the UEFA Futsal Cup mini-tournament on Tuesday when they beat KF Tirana of Albania 4-2.

Clint Cope, Florin Manea, James Ciangura and Brian Baldacchino scored the goals for Excess.

In another match on Tuesday, Ilves Tampere defeated Danish side BGA 2-1. The Finns have now moved closer to a place in the main round of the competition. They now meet locals ZC Excess today and need only a draw to win the group. In today’s other match, BGA Futsal of Denmark will be meeting Albanians Tirana.
