The final of the Italian futsal cup for A1 teams will be repeated.
Last tuesday Lazio c/5 won the Cup but two players out of the pitch (Musti and the european champion Franzoi) threw the ball in the pitch in order to make referees stop the game, when Furpile Prato was trying to find the draw.
This dishonest behaviour has been finally punished.
The final will be played in neutral pitch.

The players Franzoi and Musti are suspended until 30/6/2003
The Lazio's staff men Lanzi, Caprari and Marini are suspended respectively until 30/6/2003, 16/4/2003 and 31/5/2004.

Also Lazio c/5 was punished with a fine of 4.000 €
