Western futsal calling for names

THE Western NSW Futsal Association is calling for expressions of interest from players and coaches for representative teams to participate in regional, state and national Futsal (modified indoor soccer) competitions in 2010-11.

The first representative match will be at the State Champion-ships at Penrith-South Windsor on October 30 and 31.

Representative teams will include:

* Under 9, 10 and 11 high performance unit developmental program.

* Under 12 girls, under 14 girls, under 16 girls and all age women.

* Under 12 boys, under 14 boys, under 16 boys and all age men.

The association will be having a trial and training night tomorrow night (Friday, September 10) at Wallerawang Indoor Stadium (next to Wallerawang School) from 7.30 pm and players interested are to be there 10 minutes before.

Players and coaches who are unable to attend need to submit their expression of interest via email to Carleen Chapman, email cpc_chook@bigpond.com.au or by phone on 6355 7018 or 0402 205 070

The association looks forward to hearing from interested parties no later than September 17.

Players’ registration and competition fees will apply upon selection to a representative team.
