The "new name" was honestly already known before the past summer, but the local URBSFA made it official just during the past weeks. Alain Dopchie has been appointed as new coach of the Belgian National Team. Nothing actually new as Dopchie was already serving the belgian FA with the role of assistant coach of the A team previously coached by Benny Meurs and head coach of the Under 21 team.
The first Dopchie's tasks will be represented by a training stage in Hasselt, followed by a double friendly game vs Macedonia, scheduled to take place in October.
