Uzbekistan has gained a historical victory over Iran

Important achievement for the Uzbekistan national team, that managed to defeat a quite young Iranian selection (mainly under 23) in the first game of a series of friendlies faced in Tashkent by the Sergio Sapo's team before the beginning of the international tournament Grand Prix. In the beginning of the game Dilshod Irsaliev was able to score the first goal against the persian selection and completed his hat trick later in the match. Finally Shuhrat Tadzhibaev celebrated the fourth goal for Uzbekistan. On October 14th Uzbekistan lost (2-5) to Kairat Almaty.
