Falcao determined to face Spain in finals of Grand Prix of Futsal

On the eve of the finals of the VI Grand Prix of Futsal in Anapolis, Goias, Brazil' s star Falcao promised on Saturday that he will be ready to play against Spain.
The athlete has missed the last three matches of the competition due to a strained left calf muscle. Participating in Brazil' s team practice on Saturday, Falcao admitted to the medical staff that he still feels pain.
However, the athlete promised that he will be able and ready to play in Sunday' s final.
During his time with the Brazilian national indoor soccer team, Falcao has scored 298 career goals. He had hoped to score his 300th career goal in front of the Brazilian home crowd, but his nagging injury has kept him from achieving the historic mark.
Sunday' s final of the VI Grand Prix of Futsal will be a rematch of the 2008 World Cup of indoor soccer when Brazil beat Spain in penalty kicks. Brazil looks to win their first ever title of the Grand Prix.
